Try before you pay
Every account includes free conversions each month, and you can convert a statement without an account at all. We strongly encourage you to run your own real statements through StatementBee before you subscribe, so you can see the accuracy and the reconciliation check for yourself. Most questions about whether it works for your bank are answered in about a minute.
What is covered
- First-time purchases, monthly or annual, refunded in full within 14 days.
- Accidental renewals — if a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors, refunded in full whenever they are reported.
- A statement format we cannot convert — if StatementBee fails on the statements you bought it for and we cannot fix it for you, we will refund you even outside the 14-day window.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge, other than the format exception above.
- Partial refunds for unused time on a plan you have already used. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Accounts terminated for breaching our terms of service, in particular any attempt to create, alter or falsify financial documents.
- Repeated refund-and-repurchase cycles, which we treat as abuse of this policy.
How to request a refund
Email support@statementbee.com from the address on your account, and include your order or receipt number from Paddle. We usually reply within one business day.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–5 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically issue a refund for a charge already made, so if you would like one, email us as above.
Statutory rights
This policy sits alongside any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including any statutory right to cancel. Nothing here limits those rights.
